Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 525i platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 525i platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 525i as the platform operator. 525i reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of services on the 525i platform, users are required to register a valid account with accurate and up-to-date information. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

  • Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and account login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you have authorised another party to access it.
  • If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 525i support team immediately.
  • 525i shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the user failed to report the incident within a reasonable time.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

525i users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 525i platform:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or system manipulation.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 525i.
  • Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the 525i platform's systems.
  • Transferring or selling an account to a third party.

525i reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account, without being obliged to provide detailed reasons to the user concerned.

Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 525i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX and approved local digital wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out on the platform. 525i reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any unusual deposit.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name. Users must complete the full identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. 525i reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending further review.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 525i support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable. 525i shall not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user at the time of the transaction.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

525i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice in cases involving serious breaches:

  • Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
  • Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no activity are subject to the policy stated on the platform.
  • Account closure requested by the user through the appropriate channel.

If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds will be dealt with in accordance with 525i's internal policies and applicable laws. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team for further clarification, except in cases involving confirmed fraud or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property and Content Usage Restrictions

All content on the 525i platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of 525i or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 525i.

Use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted within reasonable limits. Any use that infringes on 525i's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

525i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 525i's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The 525i platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 525i platform may include integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 525i is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service they use.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

525i reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to the use of the 525i platform.
